Write to us
support@orbifex.studio — one inbox, read by the people who make the kits. We answer in English or French, usually within two working days.
There is no form on this page on purpose: a form would make you type into a box and hope. An e-mail gives you a copy of what you sent.
What to include, so the first reply is useful
- Something is wrong with a kit. Your order number, your engine version, the name of the asset or the map, and what you saw — a screenshot or the Output Log beats a description. If an archive will not extract, tell us its size on your disk: a truncated download has a different size.
- You want to know if a kit fits before buying. What you are building, your target platform, and your performance budget. We will tell you straight if a kit is wrong for it — we would rather lose a sale than process a refund.
- You need something that is not in a kit. A short description, your engine version, and a reference image if you have one. Say whether you need it exclusively, and roughly when.
- Invoice, VAT number, company details. Your order number and the company details to put on the invoice. We cannot re-issue an invoice to a different legal entity after the sale.
- Privacy, your data, or a security problem. Same address. A security report is read first, before anything else in the inbox.
Custom work
We take custom requests: a prop that is not in a kit, a variation of one, a whole kit built for your project. Same pipeline, same checks, same formats.
Where else you will find us
Our kits are also on Fab, under the Orbifex seller page. Support for a kit bought there goes through Fab’s own channels, but this address works too — we will not send you away.
